Chef Collaboration with Ashley Christensen & Poole'side Pies

We are excited to announce our next menu collaboration will be with James Beard Award winning Chef Ashley Christensen and soon-to-be-opened Poole’side Pies. The Poole’side Salad will launch in all locations on Thursday, May 16th and will feature arugula + shredded kale, charred squash, roasted tomatoes, marinated peas, smoked mozzarella, baked sopressata, tossed in a tomato and oregano vinaigrette, topped with toasted seeds and basil aioli.
